Children's Work

A number of classes are using software that involves creating stories or games that are animated. When these are finished they are saved as a swf. file which allows the audience to view all components including the animated sections . This file type cannot be loaded onto blogger so there will be links to web pages . They will be linked from titles on the class blog not individual students blogs.
The children enjoy this type of activity and have produced some exciting work. They may look simple but require a great deal of concentration and co-ordination on the part of the student.

We Need Water

Possums

We had a visit from the Wild Man yesterday. He told us how animals need water to stay alive. He showed us a crocodile skin, a sheep skull, a cane toad, a frog, skin of a carp and lots of other things.

The wild man was silly.

"Wild Man" Phillip Green

Today all of our students were entertained by Wild Man Phillip Green. He presented information about different water environments and the creatures that lived around them. Children were fascinated by the photography and the many objects that they were allowed to touch.
