Manic Maths Community Software Plan

Our school is participating in the CSP (Community Software Plan) featuring the Australian-made Manic Maths series along with all the regular EdAlive favourites.

As well as the CSP saving, all titles are also eligible for the new 50% Education Tax Refund so don't miss out !

Please return your orders to the school by Friday, May the 14th.

The leaflets will be distributed on Tuesday.

Wild Man Philip Green

On Monday May the 17th, all students will attend the "Know Water, Know Life" sustainability- science show presented by Philip Green.
Philip is a former National Geographic wildlife photographer and will present an Interactive A.V. presentation which features 8 different Australian water bodies and their " Circles of Life". These include drains and gutters, wetlands and billabongs. He will also bring along a large number of hands-on-items .
The cost of $5.00 has been added to this months fees.

WaterWise Lessons



Logan City Council provide free of charge an education officer to provide these lessons to all grade levels. There is a different topic for each grade level, including conserving water supplies, the water cycle, looking at catchment areas and the treatment of water.

I hope everyone had an enjoyable and restful Easter break .
This week at school students are attending both a WaterWise lesson and a Watch out for Waste lesson provided free of charge from Logan City Council.
